Do I need any hardware?

No. You print a Houny QR for each table — or a single one for the counter. Customers scan it to order; there's no POS, scanner or terminal to buy.

How does ordering work?

A customer scans the QR on their table, browses your menu and places an order in the app. It reaches you as pending — you accept it (or reject it if something's out), your team serves the table, and the order counts toward their loyalty.

Do my staff scan anything?

Never. The QR lives on the table, so customers scan it themselves. Your team just accepts orders and serves — no scanning customers, no tableside order-taking, no WiFi-code handouts.

How do customers pay?

At the venue, as usual — cash or card — and you confirm the payment in the app. (In-app payment is coming later.)

What rewards can I offer?

Anything on your menu, plus instant discounts and Houny points. You choose the rewards and can change them anytime.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. Add your venue and menu, print and place your Houny QR, and you're live — no training day.

How much does it cost?
